Mission Statement

Laura Montgomery, Executive Director

Laura is a seasoned healthcare professional with 20 years of experience in geriatric care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Business Administration.

Laura has been married to her husband, Kyle, for 15 years, and together they are raising two children, Anna (15) and Oliver (12). Outside of work, she spends most of her time cheering on her kids at sporting events, gardening or enjoying life on their family farm.

Her true passion comes from walking alongside seniors and their families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Laura finds deep purpose in helping older adults regain independence, confidence, and a sense of control over their daily lives. She believes that joy can be found at any age and that meaningful care is built on trust, compassion, and truly listening to each person’s story. For Laura, the most rewarding part of her work is seeing seniors rediscover purpose, connection, and pride in how they live each day.

Ally DeMarcus, Leasing Director

Ally has been part of the senior living industry since 2023. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree in communication studies.

What she loves most about working with seniors is getting to know each person, hearing their stories, learning about their lives and experiences, and building genuine connections. She feels incredibly fortunate to build relationships with residents and their families.

In her community outreach role, Ally also enjoys connecting with local businesses, organizations, and community partners. She values the opportunity to network, learn more about the services available in the community, and build meaningful relationships that help create stronger support systems for seniors and their families.

Outside of work, Ally enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters.
