Laura Montgomery, Executive Director
Laura is a seasoned healthcare professional with 20 years of experience in geriatric care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Business Administration.
Laura has been married to her husband, Kyle, for 15 years, and together they are raising two children, Anna (15) and Oliver (12). Outside of work, she spends most of her time cheering on her kids at sporting events, gardening or enjoying life on their family farm.
Her true passion comes from walking alongside seniors and their families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Laura finds deep purpose in helping older adults regain independence, confidence, and a sense of control over their daily lives. She believes that joy can be found at any age and that meaningful care is built on trust, compassion, and truly listening to each person’s story. For Laura, the most rewarding part of her work is seeing seniors rediscover purpose, connection, and pride in how they live each day.
